Arroyo House

Arroyo House provides student living primarily for first-year college students in Santa Barbara, CA. Their new management team came to us to revitalize their old, out-of-date website and create something more inviting and representative of their unique home. We created a friendly, modern, and fresh-feeling website, designed to appeal to prospective tenants. The site showcases amenities, floor plans, and photos in a dynamic way to build interest, and encourage people to apply online.
